Clémence et Marine sont nées à une journée d’intervalle, ont la fibre entrepreneuriale, sont attachées à l’Amérique Latine et aiment la cuisine : les ingrédients pour créer le Néo Café étaient déjà réunis lorsqu’elles se sont rencontrées sur les bancs de l’école de commerce. Cela fait désormais un an que le restaurant a ouvert, et il est devenu un lieu de référence dans le quartier, rassemblant habitué·e·s et gens de passage, toujours satisfait·e·s de leur expérience. Le Néo Café travaille avec les arômes du monde et remplit nos assiettes des saveurs de l’Amérique Latine. Les plats, tapas et boissons sont constamment renouvelés : à l'apéro, vous pouvez craquer pour de nombreuses tapas à partager (guacamole, chorizo grillé, hot dog argentin) et découvrir tous les mois une nouvelle "tapas du moment". Votre délicieux plat, comme le ceviche de daurade, peut être complété par des churros au dulce de leche pour le dessert et d'un cocktail créatif dont elles seules ont le secret. Voici un endroit à la fois rétro, convivial et bistronomique, qui va vous régaler les papilles ! Au BB restaurant, l'art du bien manger est primordial. On y déguste de délicieuses planches à partager, au choix charcuterie, fromage ou mixte, des nems au canard et à l'orange à tomber, ou encore un chou-fleur frit, paprika fumé et tzatziki que vous allez dévorer en deux coups de fourchette. Coup de cœur pour le cromesquis de canette et pommes de terre façon sucette. Le tout à accompagner d'un super cocktail concocté par Marc : c'est la recette d'une bonne soirée passée entre amis.

La Cave à Michel

Nichée dans une petite rue paisible du 10e, La Cave à Michel est un véritable trésor pour les amateurs de vins nature et de tapas de caractère. Ici, tout respire l’authenticité : des briques rouges aux luminaires rétro, en passant par le zinc étincelant du comptoir où Maxime Tischenko, maître des lieux, débouche des quilles soigneusement sélectionnées. Côté assiettes, on retrouve des petits plats inventifs et percutants : terrine de volaille, pimientos de Padrón, saucisse au couteau et sauce ravigote, mozzarella tressée avec son zeste de poutargue... Et pour finir en beauté, une ganache chocolat-huile d’olive qui risque bien de vous faire succomber. Les prix sont tout doux (entre 5 et 12 € pour les "tapassiettes"), et les vins nature, sélectionnés avec soin, accompagnent à merveille cette expérience gourmande. Une adresse à ne pas manquer pour une soirée authentique et gourmande !

Une carte de tapas ultra quali combinée à une ambiance festive et bon enfant. Si, comme nous, les soirées sans chichis et pleines de bonne humeur vous tiennent à cœur, vous allez être conquis ! Nos petits tapas 100% faits maison arrivent les uns après les autres. Tour à tour, on voit débarquer à notre table le jambon ibérique, les croquetas de fromage fondant, le poulpe grillé, les gambas grillées à l’ail, ou encore la paella signature aux fruits de mer, pilons de poulet, poivrons et petit pois. Tout est savoureux et réconfortants, pas étonnant lorsqu’on sait que la plupart des produits sont catalans et que même la sauce des patatas bravas est concoctée avec amour par les mêmes cuisiniers depuis 20 ans !

OTTO

C’est le restaurant d’Éric Trochon, chef étoilé et Meilleur Ouvrier de France : OTTO a ouvert ses portes rue Mouffetard et propose une expérience dépaysante. Au programme, des assiettes à partager absolument démentes et une sélection de vins nature qui devrait plaire aux apprentis œnologues, le tout dans un décor d’Izakaya, les bars à saké japonais. Ne passez surtout pas à côté des beignets de céleri-rave et noisette, accompagnés d’une crème au fromage frais et citron, si fondants qu’on en aurait voulu 3 assiettes. Coup de cœur également pour le mi-cuit de thon et sa sauce soja et ail hyper puissante, ou encore pour le riz au lait caramel et noisettes torréfiées en dessert. Franc, sans chichis, bien exécuté, on valide.
