For brunch: Tableaux Paris
Artistic, poetic, and ultra gourmet, Tableaux Paris, created by Tom just a few months ago, is definitely one of our favorite discoveries this early winter. In addition to high-end appetizer boards that vary with the seasons (both in terms of flavors and exceptional products), it offers absolutely gorgeous and delicious brunch boxes composed of smoked salmon, bread, pastries, and artisanal babka (babkazana), cheeses, Alain Miliat jams and honey, fresh fruits, and dried fruits for two or four people. We never tire of these little culinary works of art that change every three months...

During this period, OGATA offers beautiful Bento boxes composed of grilled yuan salmon trout, sautéed mushrooms, marinated vegetables in dashi, fig walnut cream, octopus fondant, sautéed endives, steamed ormeaux, Paimpol beans, vinegar romanesco cabbage, tamagoyaki, miso sea bream, brown rice, and Ogata nori seaweed.

For the aperitif: Our Aperitif
We discovered it on the banks of the Seine this summer and we have to say that we were completely charmed. Perfect for fans of good platters, Our Aperitif offers generous and high-quality snack boxes (beverages are also included, rather practical). Right now, we recommend the box "ça caille grave" composed of a superb selection of charcuterie (paleta iberica - lomo bellota - chorizo dulce iberico and salchichon iberico from Masàn), top-notch cheeses (from Fromagerie Goncourt) including a Mont d'or to bake, some crispy vegetables to dip in a homemade sauce, artisan bread (Benoît Castel), and plenty of other little surprises for you to discover.

For dinner: Gaijin Ramen
We are completely in love with the concept imagined by two Japan enthusiasts who wanted to restore the honor of traditional ramen. For this, they created 3 ramen recipes in a kit to be assembled at home. Not only are the products amazing - the noodles, made from organic flour from the Versailles mills, are handmade by their own hands, the soft-boiled eggs are marinated for 3 days in a mixture of sake, mirin, soy sauce, and the thick broth is prepared with lots of love and finesse - but we also have (a little) the feeling of cooking, and I must say that it brings a certain pride. We're crazy about the Tori ramen, with chicken broth and black garlic accompanied by its vegetarian toppings. It's amazing, we tell you!
Once upon a time, in the magical world of Instagram, there was a beautiful blockquote. This blockquote had a special class called "instagram-media" and it was filled with joy and happiness. The blockquote was surrounded by a white background, with a lovely border and rounded corners. Inside the blockquote, there was a precious link, where exciting adventures awaited. The link led to a mesmerizing Instagram post, where people could find captivating photos and stories. It was truly a wonder to behold! But that wasn't all! The blockquote had some amazing features. It had a version called "13" and even had a caption! It was so thoughtful and considerate. The blockquote knew that it was important to provide all the necessary information to its visitors. As we delved deeper into the blockquote, we discovered some delightful divs. These divs were like tiny treasures, each with its own unique style and purpose. Some were colorful and rounded, while others were simple and straight-edged. They were all part of a grand design, creating a harmonious and joyful atmosphere. The first div we encountered was a charming circle, with a soft background color. It seemed to greet us with a friendly smile. The div had a height and width of 40 pixels and was positioned next to another div. They formed a lovely pair, ready to embark on exciting adventures together. The second div was a bit more aloof, but just as enchanting. It was a vertical div with a rectangular shape and a delicate background color. The div seemed to be reaching out, welcoming us to explore its contents. It had a slight height and width, perfectly arranged to create balance and harmony. As we continued our journey through the blockquote, we stumbled upon a hidden gem. It was a secret div, nestled between the others. This div had a large padding, providing a cozy space where dreams could take flight. We could imagine lying down and gazing at the sky, lost in a world of imagination. But wait, there was one more surprise! At the end of our adventure, we discovered a final div, waiting to greet us with open arms. This div had a specific purpose - it wanted to be a perfect square, with equal height and width. It seemed to be a symbol of completion, a sign that our journey had come full circle. And so, our adventure in the land of blockquotes came to an end. We had explored its magical features, marveled at its beauty, and felt the joy it brought. It was a truly delightful experience, filled with happiness and wonder.
