Fabien Foenix House
After training at Lenôtre, artisan ice cream maker Fabien Foenix opened his workshop in the 17th arrondissement. A true institution, his ice creams come in over a hundred flavors, that's right. And when it comes to originality, Fabien Foenix doesn't hold back: we offer you for aperitif the mojito sorbet, then you can move on to the avocado guacamole sorbet (ideal as an appetizer) and finish with a sweet touch with the lychee and rose petal sorbet. No need to go to a restaurant anymore!

La Tropicale
Without a doubt, one of the most original ice cream parlors in Paris, La Tropicale is located just a stone's throw away from Place d'Italie, in the heart of the 13th arrondissement. The menu, which is highly diverse and influenced by Asian cuisine, offers quite intriguing creations, such as saffron and ginger ice cream or yuzu and Espelette pepper ice cream. And if you're adventurous, you'll have the opportunity to put your taste buds to the test by trying a Sakura flower and soybean sorbet.

Mister Benjamin
Mister Benjamin is not a pastry shop, it's an "art pastry shop". Yes indeed, his ice creams are true works of art. Have you heard of the concept of "plancha" ice cream? Well, Mister Benjamin has done it for you: the ice cream is made on the spot, flattened with a spatula on a plate and then rolled up right in front of our eyes. But besides the aesthetic aspect, you might ask, what really changes? Well, the main difference would be freshness. Yes, the ice cream is prepared right before your eyes and hasn't been sitting in a freezer for days, and you can taste it. Anyway, it makes you want to give it a try.
Monsieur Benjamin

Nitrogenie
A true gourmet show, Nitrogenie offers ice cream made with liquid nitrogen. But what exactly is it? Let us explain: you choose a flavor among the eight available and then the magic happens. The cream, already prepared with the flavor of your choice, is placed in a cool tray and rotated, then liquid nitrogen is added three or four times... And there you have it, the cream freezes and becomes ice cream. It's pure magic, we tell you.

Spaghettina
No no, you're not dreaming, this artisan ice cream shop offers spaghetti-shaped ice creams, and we have to admit that we find it pretty cool. As for flavors, you'll find the classics: strawberry, chocolate, but also mandarin or mirabelle, all topped with a dollop of whipped cream. Yum.

Grom
This Italian brand, created in 2003, quickly made its way to France. With several shops already in Paris, Grom never fails to delight the taste buds of the French. Besides their classics, Grom also offers more unique flavors such as the "cheesecake ai lamponi" (with candied raspberries, ricotta, cornmeal biscuits, and chocolate grains) or the "caramello al sale", a caramel ice cream with pink Himalayan salt. A great place to discover new flavors!

Gazed Ice Cream
Undoubtedly the trendiest ice cream parlor in the capital, Glazed is definitely also the most original. Ginger can dress up, here, we don't skimp on flavors. How about a little "grog'n roll" (orange, lemon, whisky, chili, and ginger), an "orange Mechanic" (orange campari and balsamic reduction), or even a "basil instinct" (vodka, basil)? Special mention for the black charcoal ice cream, not too sweet but delicious!

At Scaramouche, it smells like Provence. Based in the Luberon, this artisan has finally opened a shop in Montmartre, much to the delight of Parisians. Indeed, you can taste flavors that can't be found anywhere else, such as the rosemary-olive oil-pine nut ice cream, fresh lavender, or the intriguing geranium with pistachio crumbs.

If À la mère de famille is primarily a chocolate shop, they also make 100% natural ice creams. Without colorants or preservatives, the flavors are extremely tasty. Coffee, caramel, fresh mint, licorice, vanilla, mango, lychee, or the new caramelized praline-hazelnut, all tastes will be satisfied. We particularly recommend the wild strawberry popsicles, made from pure juice and pieces of fruit paste!
