A committed cuisine Not only is each dish a vegetarian spectacle; the chef uses nature and her taste palette to create mouthwatering and balanced recipes. Furthermore, her gastronomic cuisine was entirely conceived with a waste reduction approach. It's worth noting that all the dishes are vegetarian (some vegan and gluten-free), made with fresh and seasonal products from specially selected French producers who are committed to sustainable and respectful farming practices.
A collaboration with 5 determined women
To make the experience unforgettable, Chloé Charles surrounded herself with 4 inspiring and inspired women: Andrea Sham, culinary scenographer who created 5 amazing desserts, Camille Vidal, mixologist and creator of well-being cocktails, Leslie David, art director from Paris who imagined a classic and colorful decor, and Marine Serre, committed designer in upcycling who took care of the team's makeover.
A unique location
We will have the chance to taste all these delicious creations in the courtyard of one of the most beautiful museums in the capital. We will sit down for a natural and contemplative break, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris, at tables made of natural materials from sustainably managed cultures and forests..
We're going to have a BLAST!
