The most addictive: Mamiche

It's been three years since a group of daring girls decided to open their bakery in the heart of SoPi and offer its little sister to the residents of the 10th arrondissement. And it's no wonder that two locations are not enough in the capital because we truly indulge at Mamiche! Golden loaves, melting brownies, babka and even dark chocolate and salted butter baguettes, everything is delicious. And of course, the homemade cinnamon rolls are no exception. They are big, well-spiced, crispy, and extremely delicious. We devoured them in no time! But be careful, they fly off the shelves like hot cakes...

The most vegan: Aujourd'hui Demain

We already knew this wonderful spot, a lover of veggie dishes and colorful food, but we recently discovered that Aujourd'hui Demain is also a master in the art of making us drool over a series of sweet treats. Prepared in limited quantities every weekend, the cinnamon rolls from our favorite vegan canteen are absolutely to die for.

The most authentic: The Swedish Institute

Nestled in the heart of the Marais, the Hotel de Marne houses a small piece of Sweden in one of its wings. We hang out on the terrace of the cobblestone courtyard in summer and comfort ourselves with the smell and flavors of their famous kanelbulle in winter. Yum!

The most organic: Terroir d'Avenir

Local residents or inveterate foodies ready to cross the capital in search of quality products, Terroirs d'Avenir is popular everywhere for its precise sourcing. "« Whether it's meat, fruits, vegetables, fish or dairy products, we pay great attention to production. All the producers we work with are active and activists for biodiversity," Samuel, co-founder, told us. A golden, fluffy and generous cinnamon brioche, in one of the Parisian strongholds of organic and locavore, it would be hard for us to do without.
