La Collective Parisienne

For almost six years now, La Collective Parisienne brings together the residents of the Marais around a friendly, budget-friendly kitchen. Undoubtedly, it’s the most affordable restaurant in the neighborhood, offering a daily changing menu – featuring warm, homemade dishes of course – and delights us with a monthly schedule of a variety of free workshops. The idea? To combat isolation and encourage connections. And one thing's for sure, they’ve nailed it!

Address: 70 Rue François Miron, 75004 Paris, France

La Cantine des Arbustes

For nearly two years, La Cantine des Arbustes, supported by Refugee Food, has been welcoming cooks in training and volunteers who prepare a generous and delicious seasonal cuisine every day. This project revolves around three activities: a social and community restaurant open to everyone – with differing prices based on individual resources – food assistance with meals distributed on-site and elsewhere through partner associations, and cooking workshops for people staying in social housing, to learn how to make good meals for themselves, their children, and their families, and to take control of their nutrition.

Address: 5 Rue des Arbustes, 75014 Paris, France

La Trockette

Café-workshop of the La Petite Rockette association, La Trockette offers anti-waste and community cooking every lunchtime in the 11th district, alongside a bar open in the evenings and various activities, ranging from concerts to workshops, as well as debates, games, and screenings. The chefs and their teams of volunteers prepare each day a unique, affordable menu, made with good products sourced from unsold items of partner grocery stores. Expect to pay €15 for a complete menu with a starter, main course, and dessert (and €12 for members of the association). As for workshops, you can regularly enjoy cozy knitting meet-ups, collaborative appliance repair sessions, or even hairdressing sessions with a pay-what-you-can approach.

La Cantine du 102B

A legendary spot in the 20th arrondissement, La Flèche d’Or offers so much more than just lively events and enthusiastic karaoke. Here, you can enjoy La Cantine du 102B, a solidarity kitchen open from Wednesday to Sunday, serving up homemade vegetarian cuisine. Every day, a unique menu prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients is served on-site, featuring a delightful mix of flavors that reflect all the wonderful people who bring La Flèche d’Or to life. Meals are free for individuals without income; otherwise, it’s just €4 for those in precarious situations, €10 for low-income guests, and €14 for those with comfortable income. And the cherry on top? Every Sunday, a free breakfast is offered on-site along with a few workshops to connect with each other.

Address: 102 B Rue de Bagnolet, 75020 Paris, France

Bokawa

A third place dedicated to sustainable food in the 19th arrondissement, Bokawa swings between a neighborhood grocery store and a community café, bringing joy in an ethical way. It's a friendly and warm spot right in the heart of the Danube neighborhood, where you can enjoy a selection of products with zero waste and local initiatives, along with a community café open from Tuesday to Saturday. Hot or cold drinks, lunch meals, snacks throughout the day... all at affordable prices and sprinkled with workshops and events that bring people together!

Le BM

Le BM is all about "Eating Well". Launched in 2024, this neighborhood café-canteen nestled in the 19th has become a genuine lively spot, where Parisians can indulge in colorful, flavorful, and culturally rich recipes. With a simple and unpretentious menu, it’s the perfect place to discover during a morning coffee or for a sunny lunch on the terrace at noon. But the true strength of BM lies in its employees, all of whom have faced unemployment and provide service every day. Amazing food, job creation… what more could you ask for?

Les Petites Cantines

A restaurant, but not like any other. Les Petites Cantines offers a collective experience filled with meetings, smiles, and delicious balanced meals right in the heart of the 13th. How does it work? We come together to cook and eat, with the only condition being that everyone pitches in, just like at home. Membership and contributions for meals are pay what you can and feel is fair. So everyone contributes according to their means to help maintain the economic balance of the canteen !

La Cantine de Babelville

A solidarity restaurant launched by Coop Mijotée in 2017, located at the foot of a workers' accommodation in the Belleville neighborhood, La Cantine de Babelville prepares homemade, family-style meals every day. This place hires newcomers, political refugees, and more generally, those who are far from employment, to provide sustainable professional and social integration. In terms of pricing, La Cantine de Babelville offers social rates accessible to everyone and relies on the solidarity of one another. Each meal purchased for just a few extra cents helps fund the integration activities and keeps prices affordable for the most vulnerable.

L’Éternel Solidaire

On the aptly named Rue de la Solidarité in the 19th, L’Éternel Solidaire stands as a community hub in the Danube neighborhood. Here, you’ll find cultural activities for everyone, along with opportunities for professional integration, learning, and digital mediation. All of this is combined with a community café-restaurant that offers local fare with balanced meals at reasonable prices
