Where to find the best pizzas in Paris ?

What’s more comforting than a delicious pizza ? There’s no jealousy here: whether you're vegetarian, vegan, a meat lover, prefer white base or tomato base, an admirer of pineapple or not, everyone can find their favorite. But you need to know a spot that serves great ones. That’s why we’re sharing our selection of the best pizzas in Paris. You’re welcome!

Bella Piazza

Opened by the team from Marmottes, Bella Piazza is a true celebration of Italian cuisine. With a variety of antipasti, generous pasta dishes, and thin, crispy pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, this neighborhood eatery now offers takeout. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a pizza made with fresh ingredients straight from Italy, crafted from 100% natural flour. Among the...es lots of pizzas on the menu, we set our sights on the Margherita di bufala, the Quattroformaggii with gorgonzola, scamorza, goat cheese, and fior di latte mozzarella, or even the Al nero del Tartufo with homemade truffle cream, fior di latte mozzarella, truffle-cooked ham, truffle pecorino, and of course, fresh truffle. A dangerously delightful treat. In short, you get the idea, with delivery, say goodbye to shopping, meal prep, or the late-night mission to grab dinner at 9 PM, and say hello to fresh pizzas, couch time, and comfy socks!

The Circus

Hidden in a charming Parisian terrace, The Circus invites us to lift the curtain and discover a grand private hotel spread over two levels. Under the glass roof, a giant clown watches over the massive central bar and its merry crowd. It's Happy Hour, and the show begins with all the excitement of a day winding down where everyone wants to relax: the bartenders juggle with their shakers, while a colorful array of pizzas more tempting than the last makes its way across the room. They are delightful, made... Roman-style pizza (very thin and crispy dough, rolled out) and signed by the Franco-Italian chef Julien Serri, one of the waitresses who noticed our hungry gaze informs us. Our hearts waver and ultimately linger on the pizza Morteau di Fame (smoked mozzarella, Morteau sausage, roasted potatoes, fried onions) and the Antica Mortadella (fior di latte mozzarella, mortadella, pistachio cream, crushed pistachios, lemon-infused oil). Spoiler: we absolutely loved it!

Zapi

There's no need to travel the world to enjoy the best cuisine, because it’s right here at Zapi. Nestled in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, this cozy canteen with a fabulous retro decor is a true paradise for lovers of Italian recipes. Here, you can savor creamy burratas served with small vegetables, or dig into generous and crispy pizzas like the Romana with its white base, guanciale, artichokes, arugula, and parmesan. There’s also the Tartufo pizza with its truffle cream, Fior di Latte, mushrooms, and fresh truffle. Pair your meal with a delicious cocktail or a lovingly selected wine, and finish off on a sweet note with a generous and indulgent tiramisu, which alone is worth the trip. What a treat!

A charming little neighborhood restaurant that we love. Buon appetito !

October

Just a stone's throw from the Canal Saint-Martin, at the intersection of Rue Marie-Louise and Rue Bichat, Guido has opened...At Ottobre. And let me tell you, the pizzas are worth the detour. At the helm of the oven is Carmine, the pizza chef straight from Naples. Guido, on the other hand, selects his grains with maniacal care – including the famous Petra, aged in Este, to give his pizzas a rare lightness. The Margherita (the least expensive in the neighborhood) plays it classic, while  the Carbonara di Carmine reinvents the legendary pasta dish with well-grilled guanciale and well-aged parmesan. We also can’t resist Nonno Guido: cep mushroom cream, burratina, Colonnata lard, or the star, the Ottobre with truffle cream, mozzarella.lla, trio of fungi. We drizzle it all with Italian wine, and we finish on a sweet note : homemade tiramisu from Mamma Livia, or very original panna cotta topped with tomato jam… no chance of being disappointed. And to convince you, the large terrace, to enjoy your galette in the sun.

Rori

Nestled between Belleville and the Porte Saint-Martin, Rori is the spot that manages to delight.Italian authenticity meets sleek aesthetics here. The pizzas are beautifully golden, the crust is light, and the toppings are ultra-fresh — a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. A special shout-out to the Diavola, which combines addictive crispy goodness with a touch of sweet spice. All this in a relaxed, softly lit atmosphere where spritz flows as naturally as tomato sauce.

We will never stop singing the praises of the pizzas at AVE Romana, which, yes yes yes, are absolutely delicious. Here, we choose a thin and wonderfully crispy crust, Roman style, of course! Our favorite? Spicy Zucca with a creamy pumpkin base, buffalo mozzarella, spicy fennel sausage, pecorino cheese, and a few basil leaves. Incredible. But what’s even more amazing is that at lunchtime, the pizzas are no more than 10€! Go for a Rossa Aglio e Origano for just 6€ or the classic Margherita for 8€. But most importantly, enjoy!

Faggio

Brick walls, cozy room.e, soft lights… Faggio has all the charm of a lovely, ordinary pizzeria. But push the door, and you'll discover what it's like to devour a pizza with a hip-hop backdrop. No bland atmosphere here; they’re fully embracing the street vibe with a neo-industrial universe. The restaurant’s slogan is clearly upheld: « I don't wanna ill, I just wanna chill ». To the sounds of 90's US music, the pizzas come out of the huge oven right in the middle of the restaurant. It's a real show... that continues right onto your plate! Trendy yet authentic, the chef's creations from Calabria are divine.

Roco

In a cozy little neighborhood, Roco welcomes you even after 10 PM and isn’t shy about turning up the volume as the night goes on. Surrounded by a rustic stone decor, heavy wooden tables display a dance of colors and delicious treats. Here, the dough is aged for 4 days, and the ingredients are top-notch. We also recommend trying the incredible burrata from Puglia that you can enjoy with classic plain pizza slices.

Papacionu ("the good-natured one" in Corsican) delights your taste buds with its half-moon pizzas generously topped on an extra-thin crust. To savor Corsican flavors, we recommend the Spuntinetta (Corsican cheese, pancetta arrolata, arugula, balsamic cream, fig emulsion) or the...

4;">Luisa Maria

With its vibes of a half-Italian, half-Parisian brasserie, this pizzeria is full of delightful surprises. From its spiral staircase leading to a 1950s-style lounge to its star-shaped pizzas, you’re going to be amazed. Topped with ingredients straight from Naples, the pizzas are generous and mouth-watering at first glance. And it’s so popular that the owner has opened two locations! At Maria Luisa, there's often a long wait, so the way to handle it is quite unique: you leave your phone number with the owner or a server, and then go enjoy a drink at the Carillon right across the street while waiting for that precious call.

Behind its deceptive vibe of a cozy little street trattoria, Da Vito is a true hideout for mobsters. While you can enjoy delicious pizzas and specialties you won't find anywhere else, it’s also a place to discover its secret hideout... Because behind the old door of the cold storage room is the Moonshiner! A super intimate cocktail bar typical of the New York Prohibition where you can savor a carefully distilled whiskey.é and where you quickly find yourself calling everyone Tony in a spooky accent. Successful immersion.

Pizza Julia

At this pizzeria, the specialty is the yellow cherry tomato. It's even tastier than its cousin, bringing vibrant colors and delicious flavors to the pizzas. It’s thanks to this ingredient that the chef has won numerous well-deserved awards! The recipes on the menu remain simple, but they always delight. If you want a little tip: go for the Champion (tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula, bresaola, shaved parmesan, toasted pine nuts, balsamic cream, oregano, and of course, those famous yellow cherry tomatoes).

In this little corner of Italy tucked away in the Montparnasse train station area, many patrons speak the language of what they eat. You can almost feel it. The place is a true meet-up spot for lovers of Italian cuisine at lunchtime (and it often gets quite busy!). The pizzas (generously sized) are absolutely delicious.
