Ahh, these canteens. Often mocked, because we have no other choice but to spend all our savings between noon and two o'clock, because we are in a hurry, we want to eat quickly and well, we are looking for light for the best moment of the day, and yet we love them, they warm us up, comfort us and save our lunch breaks. I'm not talking about the high school canteen where the boiled celery remoulade fights with the bland vegetable medley, no, my favorite canteen is the one that allows me to eat well, healthy or less healthy, to eat quickly and on the spot between noon and two. Good vegetables, sandwiches, or whatever else you want. And of course, bonus points for the light.
