Let's gather around a big table: Dalia
With its trendy decor, communal tables, lively atmosphere, and mouthwatering menu, Dalia was the delightful promise of the new season. Far from tasteless trendy spots, it surprised us with its laid-back vibe and an array of perfectly executed dishes. At the counter, while enjoying some commercial-Oriental music, we indulge in delicious Levantine cuisine; the totally addictive eggplant carpaccio, sardine tempura to dip in a finger-licking aioli harissa sauce, delightful sea bream sashimi, and incredible bites of lamb kefta, all accompanied by a well-crafted cocktail menu that leaves us satisfied. We will definitely come back for the shakshuka, without a doubt.

We are living an extraordinary experience: Shabour
We were not ready. We never imagined for a second what awaited us when entering this new restaurant, the latest addition to the Balagan team. Around the kitchen, a large marble counter welcomes, every evening, 40 food enthusiasts attracted by the neighborhood rumors. Illuminated by candlelight, we witness the poetic culinary dance orchestrated by the now legendary chef Assaf Granit. Barely seated, we are pampered, cherished, and spoiled. It must be said that the welcome is exceptionally rare, a subtle blend of professionalism and relaxed smiles. We let ourselves be enchanted by the offered gastronomic journey, a selection of homemade dishes, perfectly executed, interspersed with a cascade of delicious attentions, like this spoonful of risotto. We are delighted to present to you, thanks to Tomer, one of the pillars of this wonderful place, the menu written with ink. We absolutely recommend all the dishes! From the tartlet with caviar of eggplant, quail egg and confit tomato, to the poached scallops on a creamy labneh bed seasoned with ginger, garlic, and kefir, and not forgetting the delicious piece of game. Shabour is synonymous with gustatory pleasure! We will end on a chakratique note with a luscious serving of chocolate mousse served with a ladle. The moment is magical, timeless, the staff is passionate, and the atmosphere is jovial. We leave this charming place with a smile on our lips and one question: when are we coming back? See you soon, my beloved Shabour!

Changing the world with a good friend: Mulko
Around 8pm, we push open the doors of Mulko, an Israeli bistro already full, nestled in rue d'Enghien. The place isn't very big, which makes it warm and charming. We lean on the duck blue counter, starting to salivate as we watch Samba prepare the dishes. On the menu, a variety of cooked vegetables to accompany the beautiful selection of grilled meats and fish. It's simple, we want to taste everything! Luckily, the dishes are in small quantities. So, why choose when we can share everything? We choose the refreshing golden cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, and spring onion.
s, as well as on succulent roasted vegetables to be dipped with fingers in an addictive aioli-harissa sauce. We combine it all with a tasty braised lamb breast, cooked with fresh herbs and sweet onions. Exquisite. In short, Mulko is one of those delicious and super friendly places that we would keep to ourselves...Mulko

We swear by the authentic: Salatim
Listen up, listen up! If you haven't yet discovered this little canteen in the center of Paris, you absolutely must catch up. Salatim is THE delicious and comforting spot that comes to mind every time you have a gloomy day. We won't hide it from you, you need to arrive early or be a little patient in order to have the chance to taste the flavorful cuisine of Yariv Berreby. Aside from the delicious Salatim - big vegetarian plates (hummus, fennel, eggplant caviar, sautéed carrots...) - and if you want, a side of grilled kefhta, our absolute favorite is the schnitzel sandwich, a baguette filled with...Inside which are immersed a breaded chicken escalope and vegetables (be careful, this wonder can only be enjoyed on Wednesdays). So, how about a taste of Tel Aviv without leaving Paris?
