The most sustainable: Champs Libres
Champs Libres is the popular grocery store that is blossoming and multiplying like hotcakes in the eastern part of Paris. With three locations, and soon to be four in Couronnes, a love for regional produce and cooking is loudly proclaimed. On one hand, its catered section is dedicated to takeaway dishes made from flavorful and generous recipes, including meat, salad, and vegetarian options. On the other hand, its virtuous pantry brims with seasonal organic products. By combining the earth, human beings, and taste, this neighborhood grocery store has managed to win over our discerning palates, and it's no surprise.I doubt that it will be the same for you responsible epicureans.
Far from cold and sterile places, Causses is a place where it's good to linger, decompress, choose good products, meet neighbors, and indulge. A true high-end gourmet grocery store! Here, like a maze of markets, you can find fruits and vegetables directly from the producers, top-notch cheeses and charcuterie, but also (and this is what interests us), a series of exquisite fine grocery products that are to die for. And when it's aperitif time, go crazy for the addictive shiitake chips. Friendly advice!
