Luxury is not afraid of simplicity in this bourgeois salon where red reigns. Well settled on the quilted red banquettes or the flowery silk armchairs, the intimate atmosphere perfectly blends with the elegance of the brunch. Excellence is the vocation of this place under the tutelage of chef Jerome Banctel, who holds two Michelin stars. The brunch at Ga.briel has been replaced two months ago by La Pagode de Cos which offers a classic and hearty brunch.
A spirit of epicurean creativity in an elegant townhouse located just a few steps from the Champs-Élysées, where a delicious homemade praline brioche awaits us on the table to start the brunch. A basket of pastries accompanied by a salad of fresh fruits, country bread, salted butter, small jams, and daily cheeses whets our appetite. And after choosing the eggs and their two simple accompaniments (tomato puree, avocado, mushrooms, bacon, choice of sausages), you will have to choose between the meat and fish of the day as the main course. It's worth noting that these options change every weekend.

BB Blanche, the most modern
In the heart of the Blanche neighborhood, the "New Athens of Paris," we find this gourmet brunch on the 1st floor of a new sports club, Blanche. A cuisine "without deprivation or constraint, that makes you want to take care of yourself," created by Jean Imbert, winner of Top Chef and graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute. The brunch, inspired by a Japanese bento, encourages sharing and offers a selection of fresh and seasonal products. The menu supports producers who are sensitive to agroecology and permaculture, and prioritizes responsible fishing. As you climb the steps of this private mansion, you are already amazed by this architectural gem dating back to 1901, classified as a Historical Monument. Three rooms face each other, and then you must choose between the first lounge under the roundabout adorned with mirrors, the more intimate Art Nouveau-style lounge with its camel-colored leather sofas and fancy blue-toned carpet, or the more vintage lounge with marble-style wallpaper, hanging chandeliers, and a ceiling scattered with mirrors.
In the plate, we start slowly with a slice of praline brioche and a plain one with sugar to get into the mood, accompanied by a hot beverage of your choice and a fresh fruit juice. The "bento" then arrives, with four glasses of fresh products (egg cocotte, mushrooms, spinach; carrot tartare and cecina; leeks vinaigrette and fresh goat cheese) accompanied by a choice of toast among crab-eggplant-curry, mimosa-avocado, or beef tataki-kabocha. For t ...Erminer, the delicacies will delight any self-respecting gourmet. Between the panettone-style French toast with caramel milk and homemade waffle with hot chocolate and whipped cream, both accompanied by a small fruit salad, our heart is torn. But whatever your choice, it will be the right one! We are charmed by all these flavors that tantalize our taste buds, and we leave satisfied from this brunch that is constantly renewed throughout the seasons.
Plus: The terrace in the interior courtyard is very pleasant under the summer sun, which will soon make an appearance. A true haven of peace!

We no longer introduce the renowned pastry-chocolatier chef Pierre Hermé, nor the l'Occitane house, offering the best of Provence through its cosmetic products following the principles of aromatherapy and herbalism. The two Houses have decided to join forces to launch a collection based on fragrances imagined by Pierre Hermé and thus inspired a new place and a new cuisine, at 86 Avenue des Champs Elysées. Every Sunday, a brunch that is more in the realm of breakfast awaits you, in the heart of this temple of sweetness, warmth, and light, and it's better to have a sweet tooth.
