Echo

This is one of the most gourmet spots in Paris. It has been put in the spotlight thanks to its incredible smash burgers. The address has quickly established itself as a place for high-quality and delicious street food. All the recipes are indulgent, including the avocado toast, which comes with a big slice of sourdough bread, cherry tomatoes, daikon pickles, togarashi, and a carrot and cashew dressing.

The Hoxton

For a quality moment, an essential address: The Hoxton. The most stylish hotel in the capital delights us at any time of the day, whether it be for coffee on the terrace or a glass of natural wine at nightfall, but it's at breakfast that we set our sights on the hyper-decadent avocado toast: smashed avocado, poached eggs, coriander, Espelette pepper, and sesame. Naughty.

Kitchen Paris

One of our favorite addresses (the classic veggie stew has accompanied many of our hangovers) offers an incredible avocado toast: a large slice of sourdough bread from Ten Belles, an avocado with sprouted seeds, and a beautiful mesclun salad on the side. Yum yum yum.

The Avocateria

For a few years now, the avocado bar has opened its doors in the capital, and three addresses later, The Avocateria is always full. The recipe is simple but effective: a beautiful slice of country bread toasted and spread with a good layer of guacamole with a secret ingredient (besides avocado, obviously). And for added joy, you can personalize it with a poached egg, smoked salmon, or Serrano ham.

Berry Café

Forget about beautiful coffee shops that don't excite your taste buds. In this mini canteen, opened a few years ago by the foodie-creative-passionate Shirley, the flavors are incredibly accurate and you can only be surprised by every added touch of pep. The avocado toast is seasoned with lemon juice, fresh cilantro, and sprouted seeds, and the majority of the products come from local merchants. We approve.
