A good flammekueche at Schmoutz
Although the dialect is still frequently spoken in Alsace, they talk about "flammekueche". And precisely, we go to Schmoutz, in the 11th, to delight ourselves with a delicious flammekueche, both crispy and melting, cooked over a wood fire. To stay in the local atmosphere, we can only recommend the traditional one or the one with melted Munster cheese. If you prefer sweet treats, we suggest the apple-cinnamon flammekueche flambéed with calvados, we promise, it's a real delight!

The menu, created by chef Théophane Eymard, also offers tasty appetizers and gourmet desserts. From November to April 2024, Mont Trocadéro takes over the peaks of the Canopy hotel to offer classic Alpine dishes that make our mouths water in anticipation. On the menu: croziflette, roasted camembert, onion soup and other dishes we love, reimagined by chef Joffrey Servant and renamed using the vocabulary of winter sports resorts: snowboarding, powder snow, straight down, ski lift... We almost want to bring our skis!
