Delicious seafood at the Dôme de Montparnasse

The Dôme is an often forgotten institution, especially when it comes to seafood. The cuisine there is refined and elaborate. The establishment combines a fishmonger and a restaurant, so you can enjoy the arrival of fresh products straight from the sea, just like at home! The tandoori monkfish is delightful, and the bouillabaisse is known to be the best in France. A place to celebrate the Christmas spirit!

A good flammekueche at Schmoutz

Although the dialect is still frequently spoken in Alsace, they talk about "flammekueche". And precisely, we go to Schmoutz, in the 11th, to delight ourselves with a delicious flammekueche, both crispy and melting, cooked over a wood fire. To stay in the local atmosphere, we can only recommend the traditional one or the one with melted Munster cheese. If you prefer sweet treats, we suggest the apple-cinnamon flammekueche flambéed with calvados, we promise, it's a real delight!

Brunch or tea time at Le Jardin de Mademoiselle

Tiny salon with a whimsical mix of Alice in Wonderland and Christmas vibes. Since it's December, let's go there for the Santa spirit and enjoy a delicious gingerbread or cinnamon roll with speculoos dough accompanied by a tea infused in porcelain dishes just like at granny's... Bonus for the possibility of buying last-minute gifts there.

69 bis, rue Saint-Dominique – 7e

A dinner on the hidden terrace of Griffon

Here's an ultra cozy cultural café-bar where you can grab a bite, have a drink, read a book, see an exhibition, or participate in debates - basically, a place where it's good to live! We settle down comfortably in a big floral velvet couch in a chill music atmosphere, sipping on a delicious latte roasted by La Brûlerie de Belleville. The vintage decor invites us to relax and unwind, which is perfect for our chilly day.

A raclette or fondue at Park Hyatt Vendôme

The luxury Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme reveals for the third consecutive year its Chalet du Park, which this year highlights elegance and French architecture. And like every year, you can enjoy a luxury raclette there. At nightfall, discover a chalet adorned with gold, gemstones, and an immense chandelier where you can indulge in a high-end version of raclette. Otherwise, to enjoy the setting without breaking the bank, head to the terrace of the palace and warm your heart with a delicious hot chocolate.

A mountain fondue at Babines

The Grand Quartier hotel welcomes in its gigantic courtyard the Babines Station, a village of refuge chalets offering a mountain experience all winter long. On the menu of these four soft and cozy chalets: traditional Swiss fondues with Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, where you dip delicious bread from Mamiche, but also variations with morels or truffles for the more adventurous. The menu, created by chef Théophane Eymard, also offers tasty appetizers and gourmet desserts. A selection of organic and biodynamic wines, as well as mountain spirits, complete the experience and quench your thirst. Comfort and YUM!

A croziflette at Mont Trocadéro

Embark on an exceptional experience that will make you feel like you're in the mountains right in the heart of Paris. From November to April 2024, Mont Trocadéro takes over the peaks of the Canopy hotel to offer classic Alpine dishes that make our mouths water in anticipation. On the menu: croziflette, roasted camembert, onion soup and other dishes we love, reimagined by chef Joffrey Servant and renamed using the vocabulary of winter sports resorts: snowboarding, powder snow, straight down, ski lift... We almost want to bring our skis!

A tête-à-tête dinner with the Eiffel Tower at Monsieur Bleu

It's a huge glass dome that has just been installed on the forecourt of the contemporary art museum. A unique place, timeless, that promises you exceptional evenings just a few weeks before the holidays. You will, quite literally, be in your own little world. Monsieur Bleu, the restaurant at Palais de Tokyo, offers you dinners face to face with the Iron Lady, while the stars above you shine only for your beautiful eyes, all in the midst of a sparkling fir forest. In terms of Christmas magic, we're not doing too bad.
