Honey
To you, who increasingly take care of yourself by buying unrefined food, be careful! Unpasteurized honey contains a toxin called pyrrolizidine alkaloid (if you don't remember its name, it's okay) which causes headaches, vomiting, and dizziness, and can be fatal if consumed in large quantities. So yes to honey, but always pasteurized!

Potatoes
Thought that sprouted potatoes were still edible if you removed the sprouts? Think again, potato sprouts contain poison that can also spread to the potato if it has been left neglected for too long. To avoid any risk, it's better to get rid of your potatoes as soon as they sprout.
Even just a little bit!

The cashews
If during one of your walks you come across cashews (never say never), do not even think about picking them! The cashews that you find in stores have all been steamed beforehand to remove a chemical component called urushiol, which can be deadly if ingested.

Red beans
You thought you were doing yourself a favor with your little red bean salad, think again! Raw red beans contain lectin, a toxin that kills stomach cells. If you really want to enjoy them raw, the best thing to do is to soak your beans for at least 5 hours in water before consuming them.

Rhubarb
One little-known fact: rhubarb leaves contain oxalic acid, which, if consumed in large quantities, can lead to kidney stones. Of course, you would need to consume 5 kilograms to kill yourself, but it's always better to be safe than sorry!

Elderberry
Elderberries, commonly used to make jams, syrups, or tea, contain cells that produce cyanide in very small quantities. So, if the fruits used are too ripe, be careful of nausea! Again, it would take more than five glasses to be truly in danger of death, but it's better to be safe than sorry!
