SoumSoum
Created in 2017 by Nathan and Rémy, SoumSoum has bet everything on houmous as it serves only that. Whether made with beets, sweet potatoes, eggplants or even mushrooms, houmous is accompanied by meats, pitas, and salads, and is also available in sandwiches. Example? The delicious Bassar pita with houmous and slow-cooked beef, eggplants, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, pickles, and tehina herbs. Vegetarians will prefer the Bilo version with artichoke, sun-dried tomato, and marinated cauliflower.

Tavline
At the helm of Tavline is the chef Kobi Villot-Malka, trained under Alain Ducasse, who has decided to bring a Mediterranean breeze to Paris! On the menu, homemade hummus of course, but also authentic Israeli Shakshouka, chicken pastillas, or a delicate thin crust fresh tuna tart. To finish it off, we can't resist the Lebanese rosewater and pistachio flan or the divine moist chocolate cake with cardamom and mint.

Chiche
At Chiche, we eat street food like in Tel Aviv. And let us tell you that their houmous might make you fall head over heels. We love dipping our warm and fluffy pita bread in it, just the way we like it. Chiche is a mix of canteen, café, and deli, offering various options: the Khatzil with eggplants, tomatoes, and harissa, and the Bassar with minced beef and paprika. We also can't resist the huge plate filled with cheese/spinach puff pastry, pepper salad, red cabbage, and houmous. Brunch lovers? The restaurant also offers a weekend formula that will make you deliriously happy with houmous.

Levantine
What matters here is sharing. Small and large plates compete for space on the sunny tables of the colorful terrace, and hummus, shakshuka, and roasted vegetables make their way into our stomachs. At Levantine, we come to sit down for lunch or dinner as if we were returning to our favorite canteen, with one certainty: on the menu, no matter what you choose, everything is incredibly delicious.
