The Peninsula

Tea time has arrived at The Peninsula with a delightful selection of savory creations and delicate pastries. On the menu? Refined bites with melba spices and foie gras, truffle praliné, lobster with tarragon and creamy chervil, and marinated salmon heart with champagne and caviar. For the sweet tooth, there is a cheesecake tart, a lemon baba with coriander, hazelnut scones, and a truffle chocolate cookie. To accompany it all, enjoy a Viennese hot chocolate or a matcha latte with soy milk.

In its mythical and ultra intimate Proust lounge with a library, fireplace, comfortable armchairs, and soft lighting, you can rediscover the French afternoon snack with classic treats from our childhood. Petit écolier, raspberry tart, soft-centered madeleines, marbled cake, a variety of tarts and cakes... all created by François Perret!
