1. The cheapest option: in a hotel school

Because not everyone can afford a gourmet restaurant, we have found a solution for you to enjoy it without breaking the bank. How? From Monday to Thursday, from 12:15 to 14:15, and every Tuesday and Thursday from 19:15 to 22:00, the first hotel school in Paris offers an unbeatable price for a gourmet menu. Visit the application restaurant Julien François at the Jean Drouant hotel school, in the 17th arrondissement, to savor gourmet dishes at incredibly low prices. Three menu options are available: the gourmet lunch menu (starter-main-dessert) for €17, the gourmet dinner menu (with an additional amuse-bouche) for €23, or the themed menu for €30.

3. The most Japanese: Tô restaurant

In the heart of the 10th arrondissement, just a few steps from the bucolic canal Saint-Martin, lies a delightful new address where French cuisine and Japanese influences blend harmoniously. In just a few weeks, Tô restaurant has won over our taste buds and our love for simple and refined menus. If the cuisine at Tô restaurant has a pronounced taste for Japanese flavors, it is primarily because its team is exclusively from this beautiful country. Chef Ryo Miyazaki, a veteran of Michelin-starred restaurants, adds a subtle and creative touch to his French expertise acquired after many years of experience, drawing directly from his origins. The menu includeswhich regularly changes - gourmet dishes such as a beef flap with chimichurri sauce and shiso, marinated salmon carpaccio with wasabi sauce or marinated salmon with miso and yuzu date puree; all at very reasonable prices.

5. The all-you-can-eat favorite: Shinko

We have all been to an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant where quantity outweighed quality. With Shinko, disappointment will never be part of the experience: located in Madeleine, this excellent restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes.offers sushi, tempura, California rolls, gyoza, ramen, and other dishes that will seduce your taste buds. The decor is refined and modern, and the dishes are delicately and stylishly presented. But don't panic, your food budget won't explode here. Yes, my little gluttons, Shinko won't bankrupt you. During lunchtime, the all-you-can-eat formula is only €22.90, compared to €37.90 in the evening! The children won't be left out either, with an all-you-can-eat formula for €12.90 at lunch and €17.90 in the evening. In total, you can order a maximum of 25 dishes per person. So I advise you to fast the day before or on the same day to fully enjoy it. Another important piece of advice: make a reservation, as Shinko is very popular. Now you understand why!
