Disco Burgers

Take a good, soft brioche bun, amazing toppings, and toast it all together: that's Disco Burgers, the new spot that's causing a sensation in the Pigalle neighborhood. Here, we eat burgers like no other, sealed in a "magic machine", pressed just right. There's the classic and essential Bee Cheese with minced beef, cheddar, onions, tomatoes, pickles, homemade sauce; the veggie Italo Disco with eggplant caviar, stracciatella, tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, marinated zucchini, basil; and the Kool & the Lamb with pulled lamb shoulder cooked for 24 hours, caramelized onions, cumin-roasted sweet potato, pickled red onions, crispy cucumber, lime and mint yogurt cream. In short, everyone can find their favorite tune to keep playing on repeat (or rather, in their mouth).

Disco Burgers
26, rue de Douai – 9th district

Pin-Pan

Alexandre Chapier from the burger restaurant Blossom and Anne-Louis Brosseau from the Argentinean pizzeria Paris-Boca have joined forces to create Pin-Pan (pronounced pine-pane if you want to sound like a Spanish speaker), an Argentinean street food spot that rocks. Here, they take you on a journey to the streets of Buenos Aires with the Boca Burger and its smashed beef patty, Argentinean mozzarella, smoked asado sauce, and chimichurri sauce. It's an explosion of flavors in just one bite!

Pin-Pan
79, rue Taitbout - 9th arrondissement
Open from Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 2:30pm

Dogma

Craving for some crispy chicken? Dogma is here to serve you. This new establishment by Mathieu Grichois and Jordan Robinson, who are already behind the Pompette restaurant in the 9th arrondissement, makes fried chicken its king and offers burgers that are both crispy and satisfying. On the menu: The OG with seaweed, pickles, and a delicious barbecue sauce, El Diablo for a bit of spice, and for vegetarians, an alternative with smoked and breaded French tofu.

Dogma
10, rue des Petites-Écuries – 10e
Du lundi au samedi de 12h à 14h30 et de 19h30 à 22h30

Kiss my burger by La Vie

If you prefer to eat your burger and fries on your comfortable couch while watching a good (or slightly trashy) series, we have just the thing for you. La Vie, a French food brand that offers plant-based alternatives to ham, bacon, and lardons, can deliver some amazing vegan burgers that will leave you speechless. Take a bite of "Le Bacon c'est La Vie" with its double dose of plant-based bacon and double smashed plant-based patty, or be tempted by "La Chick Vie" with its crispy breaded plant-based chicken. Boom.

Botza

For a final discovery, we suggest you sit down at this new neighborhood bistro recently installed on Botzaris Street. A no-frills address that brings together all lovers of good Parisian brasserie dishes. And what interests us, of course, are the three burgers on the menu: the classic one with homemade minced beef, AOP county cheese, caramelized onions, and a homemade burger sauce, the fish one with a good tartare sauce, and the vegetarian one with a homemade vegetable patty. All served on artisanal bread and accompanied by salad and a generous portion of fries.
