Bonpot café
Let's start with the king of Parisian bingsu: Bonpot. Here, you can find about fifteen recipes, all more incredible and delicious than the others. From tapioca pearls, matcha, strawberry, to melon, we have plenty of choices. But our absolute favorite goes to the indulgent tiramisu bingsu and the summer raspberry-lychee bingsu. They are absolutely mind-blowing!

Paris Dabang
The bingsoo recipes from the Korean café Paris Dabang evolve with the seasons. They offer classics with red beans and matcha, topped with an extra fluffy mochi for even more indulgence. The real cherry on top! As for fruit options, the 100% mango bingsoo with fresh fruit pieces and a scoop of ice cream on top will refresh you all summer long.

+82
The +82 café, in the 5th arrondissement, will make you taste the freshest bingsu in the capital. We fell for the mango one, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla. The ice cream melts in your mouth with a creamy and tangy taste that contrasts well with the sweetness of the fruit. A perfect match! We also love the to-go version with the super indulgent Oreo flavor.

T’Xuan 糖轩
This time, we have a Chinese tea salon that offers its own version of shaved ice dessert, called bingsu. Whether you choose mango, red beans, or matcha flavor, the pleasure is always intense. We accompany our frozen treat with Chinese crepes and traditional green tea, indulging in a moment of pure relaxation and deliciousness.

MAEUM
In this 4th district concept store, you can find a wide range of Korean products. Clothing, accessories, jewelry, decorations... But you can also find a superb tea salon (and that's what interests us, obviously). A super cute setting accompanies our fresh and delicious break, and we indulge in peach or strawberry bingsu without holding back.
