She wanted to feed both the body and the heart of Parisians with her delicious and comforting cuisine, all at a fair price. She took inspiration from the typical street food stalls found along the rivers in the center of Thailand, which serve food anytime.'excellent noodles and small dishes to share. But the menu also includes other rare specialties of Thai cuisine, which should be urgently tested. It is one of the few tables that were missing in Paris.
