The Editor

Between refinement and elegance, fun and impertinence, seduction and tradition... The brand Mademoiselle de Guise is addressed to all free, natural, and sensual women. Each collection is an ode to femininity. The latest one, unveiled this Tuesday, September 1st, is titled "Pluriel.le.s". Its ambition? To sublime bodies in freedom and pay tribute to the most emblematic personalities of women. Audacious, seductive, idle, indulgent, introverted, or even versatile... The collection, which plays with the codes of couture tradition, is punctuated by 8 new dresses, 6 tops, 4 skirts, and 2 sur-tops.

The praise of singularities

Each look will illustrate a character trait. And the richness of women also lies in their contradictions. This is what Chloé wanted to highlight by combining structures and materials. Sweet but restless, fragile but resolutely strong... There are many delicious contradictions. Forget stereotypes, the models will accurately reflect feminine sociology. And for each of them, the brand has created a mini-video of the character associated with the dress. These short videos in Instagram format were made by Arthur Degorce, director at Sézane. A brilliant idea that confirms the scale of the project.

A new showroom at 26 Cité de Trévise

To discover the creations, you will have to go to the new showroom at 26 Cité de Trévise.

At the showroom. Brand new, stunning. The troupe has moved to a new space, 120 m2 bigger in the 9th arrondissement. Just book your slot online in advance. On-site, there are 2 fitting rooms available. One dedicated to ceremonies and another for ready-to-wear. The one-hour fittings allow you to try on up to 7 dresses. Under the tender and precious advice of the team present on-site.

In essence, and in form

Spurred on by the ballet performance "Blake Works" held at the Opera Garnier 2 years ago, the Pluriel.le.s collection is already a success. The result is stunning. It combines the softness of washed silk with the texture of Calais lace, makes crepe and guipure lace dance, and spins both the sight and touch. Boldness flirts with sobriety, a V neckline winks at a funnel neck. Once again, Mademoiselle de Guise meets the daring challenge of creating creations that are both fluid and structured.

The made in France brand (the dresses are made in France, in their workshops between Paris and Brittany) attaches particular importance to promoting French know-how that is traditional and artisanal.&nBut that's not all, Mademoiselle de Guise also has the attitude and know-how. One cannot exist without the other, and this Parisian brand continues its commitment to various causes, including "Go girls," the project supported by UNICEF that fights against forced child marriages. It's a meaningful contribution. For almost 8 years now, Mademoiselle de Guise has been revolutionizing the wedding industry with its brand spirit of engagement, kindness, modernity, and boldness.
