The Editor

At the origin of this decidedly human adventure is Rémi Antoniucci, a fashion enthusiast who, in 2012, launched a small sorting workshop and a boutique. His goal? To reconcile fashion and humanity by combining secondhand and second chances. And that's how BIS was born, an evocative name that symbolizes the altruism of this innovative approach. It's a crazy bet to bring together fashion professionals and people facing social and professional difficulties. Today, 46 employees participate in this beautiful adventure. In terms of logistics, BIS is centralized in a 1100m2 site in Vitry-sur-Seine, where each day, a thousand pieces are sorted, checked, and prepared to supply their Parisian stores. This success is the result of indisputable fashion expertise, exemplary know-how, and a constant commitment to quality. But don't be mistaken. Beyond its commercial success, BIS does not deviate from its values, on the contrary.Owned by associations, this unique company reinvests its profits directly in solidarity actions. Innovative, it has implemented a responsible sourcing policy by only sourcing from French associations. A commendable approach to reducing its carbon footprint while contributing to the financing of good actions and inclusive jobs. The eagerly awaited opening of a fourth BIS store in September 2023 will mark the start of a new school year. The store will feature a 100-square-meter clean and minimalistic sales space with a mix of old and new decorative elements. Every day, nearly 300 new second-hand items for women, men, and children will be offered. Clothing and accessories selections will be presented by outfit and color, combining fashion, high-end, and vintage styles, all at affordable prices. BIS aims to sell 80,000 new items per year in this new store, catering to your fashion desires and continuing to provide numerous free items.rc;tements, as well as its unsold items, to local organizations. And that's awesome.
