Because one day just isn’t enough, the Pavillon des Canaux is celebrating March 8th – International Women’s Rights Day – throughout the month with its festival dedicated to feminist struggles, Pop Meufs. From March 1st to 31st, this super cozy spot transforms into the HQ for feminist movements with a 100% engaged and festive program. Roundtables, screenings, workshops, and discussions will flow around four main themes: the intimate, heritage, organizing struggles, and collective energy, all spread across different rooms of the Pavillon for a complete immersion. An inclusive, free event and a true celebration of sisterhood you won’t want to miss!

Celebrate Hip-Hop Culture with the L2P ConventionYou’ve been following the breakdance events at the Olympics closely, you’ve shouted out the words of Médine in outrage over police violence in front of the musical La Haine, and you’ve watched the documentary about the virtuoso composer DJ Mehdi: Made in France made by Arte… In short, urban culture, its disciplines, and the struggles surrounding it really resonate with you. Want an event that brings all these elements together? You’re in luck, the L2P Convention is back for its 5th edition from March 13th to 15th.
Organized by La Place, a cultural center dedicated to hip-hop in Paris, the convention offers a series of…bsp;Workshops, conferences, talks, expos and concerts led by industry professionals to tackle the issues or causes that resonate within the cultural sphere. We'll be closely following the masterclass by Oxmo Puccino, the talk by Atlanta trap pioneer Drumma Boy followed by his show with French producer Shaz ("Tombolo", "Laptop", "Alpha"), or even the carte blanche of painter Shaka.

Organized by the association Derrière Le Rideau, it offers a rich program combining writing workshops, legal training, self-defense sessions, round tables and more.immersive spectacles.
Among the speakers, you'll find both artists (Eva Rami, Rudy Milstein) and committed experts, like the members of the associations The Sorority and Elles Imaginent. The goal: to raise awareness, educate, and engage in dialogue to sustainably transform the entertainment sector into a safer and more inclusive space.
