1. The CinéBaltique Festival at L'Arlequin

For the first time in its history, the festival of Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian cinema CinéBaltique is making its mark in the French capital, at the L'Arlequin cinema. From February 6 to 9, about ten screenings of short and feature films will be presented to the Parisian audience. This is a fantastic opportunity to discover a selection of bold and innovative films that showcase the vitality and originality of Baltic cinema, with the presence of many guests, filmmakers, and personalities from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Highlights of the festival include the opening nights, in partnership with the cinephile festival Regards Satellites, featuring the director Saulė Bliuvaitė, who will unveil her latest masterpiece TOXIC ;&nb .sp;and closing, animated by producer Marianne Ostrat (Smoke Sauna Sisterhood) and directors Anna Hints and Tushar Prakash

3. The IMA Comedy Club

Humor is one of those expressive forms that allows us to re-evaluate current events, daily life, love or society with a cheerful, edgy, and sometimes provocative style, but always accessible to everyone. The Comedy Club of the Institut du Monde Arabe (IMA) embraces this mission: to celebrate a borderless and committed humor through the voices of many Francophone and Arabophone artists.

From January 29 to February 2, head over to the IMA for a series of galas and solo performances brought to you by the hilarious Hakim Jemili, Lucie Carbone, Luciole de feu, Reda Saoui, and Abdelkader Secteur.

4. The Shifting Landscapes Festival at Jeu de Paume

From February 7 to March 23, Jeu de Paume transforms into a vast artistic exploration ground with the second edition of Shifting Landscapes, its festival dedicated to new images. Through exhibitions, performances, screenings, and unique installations, 15 artists explore our relationship with landscapes, both real and imagined, and the changes in the natural world. From the very first weekend, get ready for immersive and multisensory experiences, featuring live performances and an explosive DJ set-mapping.

5. The Chinese New Year Parade in the 13th Arrondissement 

The 13th is getting ready to shine in a thousand colors for the Chinese New Year ! On Sunday, February 9, starting at 2:30 PM, the streets will come alive beginning at 44, Avenue d’Ivry, for a sparkling parade that will wind through Rue de Tolbiac, Avenue de Choisy, and Boulevard Masséna, before returning to its starting point. Dancing dragons, majestic lions, vibrant costumes and enchanting music will delight people of all ages. And that's not all : the festivities...cute; will continue until February 15th with animations, exhibitions, and magical shows scattered throughout the capital   to properly celebrate the Year of the Wooden Snake !

6. The Super Bowl Screening at the Grand Rex

The return of the most anticipated sporting event of the year is here! On the night of February 9 to February 10, 2025, the Super Bowl 2025 will feature a showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. This match is followed worldwide for its exceptional and spectacular nature, and for good reason: in addition to its sporting aspect, the event is an entire spectacle in itself, as the biggest artists perform during the halftime show.

To catch the event, the Super Bowl Party by Bitpanda will take place...on a grand return with a live broadcast in the iconic venue of the Grand Rex. On the agenda, presentations by American football experts before the game, quizzes, games, and of course, the half-time show featuring the amazing Kendrick Lamar !
