3. The reopening of HOBA food court

For the past four years, HOBA has stood out from other food courts with its commitment to sustainability, and it’s getting a makeover for the upcoming season with some exciting new recruits in the kitchen. After reviewing a dozen equally delicious and tempting applications, our favorite spot in Martin Luther King Park has selected 5 chefs to tantalize your taste buds : Judith, at the helm of Odette, my daughter, a family Mediterranean canteen.specializing in cocas (savory filled slippers); Southi, who prepares delicious bánh mì at Banh Mi 17, a family-run Vietnamese sandwich shop; Minerva and Margot, who skillfully run Chulita, a torteria specializing in Mexican sandwiches. At the end of April, two chefs will join the team: Rebecca from Riv’K, who elevates French toast to a savory version with Levantine inspirations, and finally Bakus and Wassia, founders of Chachenga, specializing in Beninese street food with a focus on meats grilled on volcanic stones. Enough to delight everyone for the beautiful days ahead!

4. The Hanami festival at the Domaine de Sceaux

Finally, spring has poked its nose out, and it's undeniably our favorite season ! Why ? For the longer days, the milder weather... and the parks and gardens that turn green and bloom. Our must-visit spot: the Domaine de Sceaux, in the Hauts-de-Seine, which celebrates the Hanami, the cherry blossom festival in Japan, every year.

This historical park spans a stunning 184 hectares, on the plain of...Châtenay, where two magnificent groves rise. To the south, visitors can admire beautiful white flowers, while to the north, they'll discover 144 Japanese cherry trees adorned with pink blossoms. A sight to behold during a family picnic or with friends !
