Waiting for Albert,
at La Scène Parisienne

There are five of them. Five who don't share the same ideas or opinions, but have to live together. There's Albert the husband, Janine the first wife, Virginie the second wife, Jacques the son who became Jacqueline, the daughter, and Kévin, an ex-student of Virginie with whom he has entered into a civil partnership. So naturally, there are misunderstandings, some mix-ups, and stories of jealousy… It all leads to a comedy that is both quirky and hilarious featuring Marie-Bénédicte Roy, Jeanne Savary, Aëla Chanel, Pierre Deny, and Tom Almodar. You'll laugh until you cry and you'll want more!

They are named Louison, Agnès, Armande, Henriette, Arsinoé, Célimène, Elvire, Madame Pernelle, and even Dorine. They all share one thing in common: they come from the imagination and the heart of Molière. To bring these female characters to life, we have an actress, Anne Kessler, who gives them a voice and brings to life their struggles, desires, and hopes. Through her one-woman show created at the Comédie-Française in 2022, she allows us to resonate with the lives of 17th-century women alongside those of women today. A dialogue between past and present, beautifully enhanced by a staging filled with animated drawings. Come and discover it at the Théâtre de la Concorde from February 4 to 14!

is mainly the story of a man who decides to give up everything to form a theater troupe alongside his beloved. It's an ambitious project made difficult by numerous obstacles, hatred, and a hypocritical society, but it gives Molière the chance to be a free and revolutionary author. But Molière the Musical is also a show that has managed to capture the hearts of Parisians and the French, and, thanks to its success, will be back in the capital, at the Dôme de Paris, from February 18 to 28!
