1. Pride on the Big Screen
Last November, the 30th edition of the Chérites-Chéris festival celebrated the best in queer cinema at the MK2 cinemas in Paris. A few months later, the festival is back in charge for a special evening in honor of the Pride Week, reaffirming the seventh art as an essential vector of political and social struggles. This will take place on June 24 at Hasard Ludique, a hybrid third place in the Petite Ceinture, where a screening of LGBTQIA+ short films – including fictions, documentaries, and hybrid stories – will showcase diverse identities. It's a pay-what-you-can evening open to everyone, followed by a discussion with artists, organizations, and audience members. ;

2. Russian Queer Festival On June 25th and 26th, Paris will host the very first Queer Russian Festival as part of Paris en Seine, a significant event at the intersection of LGBTQIA+ struggles and artistic creation. Organized by Reforum Space Paris and Russie-Libertés, this event will take place in the 11th arrondissement's town hall and the Auditorium of the City Hall, under the banner of resistance. Performances, screenings, roundtable discussions, and exhibitions will follow one another to give a voice to queer Russian artists and activists, whether in exile or remaining locally, where asserting one's identity is a political act. Three days to think, create, and bring visibility to struggles often kept in the shadows. The program ...hour by hour here.

3. "25 Years of Resistance" Evening
All week long, the Inter-LGBT is showcasing the urban exhibition 25 years of existence, 25 years of resistance on the fences of square Maurice-Gardette. What's the concept? 25 artists are invited to reinterpret the 25 posters from past editions, creating a true collective mural that celebrates a quarter of a century of LGBTQIA+ struggles in public spaces. To extend this journey, a special evening is organized on June 25 at Ground Control, where everyone is invited to create their own sign (to wave during Pride day, of course!), chat with the participating artists, and reproduce their works, « because resisting is also about remembering».

5. The Pride March
You can't mention it enough, as it represents the culmination of this multitude of events where the imposed limit prevents everyone from gathering together. For the Pride March, a huge popular event that will fill the streets of Paris and beyond with the colors of the rainbow, let's meet on Saturday, June 28, starting at 1:30 PM at the Palais Royal-Louvre Museum metro station. The parade, loud with love and songs, made up of associations, unions, collectives, and supportive citizens, will march all the way to the Place de la Nation. There, a Grand Final Stage will be set up for 6 hours of live music from 5 PM to 11 PM, in front of 50,000 spectators ! Not sure if you want to be part of it? “Whether you're alone or in a group, queer or an ally,”activist or curious, your place is on the street with us », writes Inter-LGBT on their website. The struggle will always prioritize the strength of the collective over the harshness of individualism.
