1. Pride on the Big Screen
Last November, the 30th edition of the festival Chérites-Chéris celebrated the best of queer cinema in the MK2 cinemas of Paris. A few months later, the festival is back to take the reins for a special evening during the Pride Week, reaffirming the seventh art as an essential vector for political and social struggles. It’s happening on June 24 at Hasard Ludique, a hybrid third place on the Petite Ceinture, featuring a screening of LGBTQIA+ short films – fictions, documentaries, hybrid narratives – showcasing diverse identities. An evening with a pay-what-you-wish entry, open to everyone, followed by a discussion between artists, associations, and viewers. ;

2. Russian Queer Festival
On June 25th and 26th, Paris will host the very firstQueer Russian Festival as part of Paris en Seine, an exciting event at the intersection of LGBTQIA+ struggles and artistic creation. Organized by Reforum Space Paris and Russie-Libertés, this event will take place at the 11th arrondissement town hall and the Auditorium of the City Hall with a rallying cry: resistance. Performances, screenings, panel discussions, and exhibitions will follow one another to give a voice to Russian queer artists and activists, whether in exile or remaining in their country, where affirming one’s identity is a political act. Three days to think, create, and highlight struggles that are often silenced. The program... hour by hour schedule here.

3. "25 Years of Resistance" Evening
All week long, the Inter-LGBT is showcasing the urban exhibition 25 years of existence, 25 years of resistance on the fences of the square Maurice-Gardette. What's the concept? 25 artists have been invited to reinterpret the 25 posters from past editions, creating a true collective mural celebrating a quarter century of LGBTQIA+ struggles in public spaces. To continue the celebration, a special evening is organized on June 25 at Ground Control, where everyone is invited to create their own sign (to wave on Pride day, of course!), interact with the present artists, and reproduce their works, «because resisting is also about remembering».

5. The Pride March
We simply can't talk about this without mentioning the grand culmination of all these wonderful events where the imposed limits prevent everyone from coming together. For the Pride March, a vibrant popular event that will fill the streets of Paris and beyond with the colors of the rainbow, we gather on Saturday, June 28, starting at 1:30 PM at the Palais Royal-Musée du Louvre metro station. The parade, filled with love and songs, made up of associations, unions, collectives, and supportive citizens, will march all the way to Place de la Nation. There, a Grand Final Stage will be set up for 6 hours of live music from 5 PM to 11 PM, in front of 50,000 spectators ! Not sure if you want to be part of it ? "Whether you're alone or in a group, queer or an ally,"would you or curious, your place is in the street with us », writes Inter-LGBT on their website. The struggle will always prioritize the strength of the collective over the harshness of individualism.
