It's in Asnières-sur-Seine, just a stone's throw from the capital, that the Halle Flachat opened its doors in mid-September. After two years of temporary projects, a permanent concept awaits you, designed by Tom Gargonne. It’s a true lifestyle hub, blending culture, gastronomy, and entertainment to satisfy all your taste buds. All of this in a breathtaking hall, inspired by the Baltard pavilions and Eiffel architecture. Could this be the future hangout spot?

Deliciousness for every palate

Unlike the traditional markets, here at Flachat, there’s a single restaurant waiting for you, overseen by Tom, the founder, and divided into 4 distinct corners to cater to everyone's tastes. At Zietta, you can savor pizzas and focaccias that are simply irresistible, made with ancient flours.

On the side of Joe the Grouper, fish and seafood will be in the spotlight. For meat lovers, head over to the Quartier libre corner, which offers delights like a revamped beef bourguignon and Thai tartare. Finally, let’s swing by Petit Pois for a delightful 100% plant-based menu. To wash it all down, let’s check out Rincette for a selection of wine bottles, or head to the bar for delicious juices, roasted coffees from the 13th district, or even some cocktails!

A complete offer…

But hold on, the Halle Flachat isn't just about food; it also brings you a whole range of cultural and entertainment experiences. Regular pop-ups celebrate second-hand treasures or creative expressions, whether it's clothing or decor, thanks to artisans and specialized partners. An evolving artistic program awaits you as well, with a new artist invited each year to decorate the entire hall. The first one will take the stage as soon as January 2026, with a spectacular installation. Yoga and cooking classes, DJ sets, plant sales, and shows will round it all out, making this spot truly a lively place to be.

… 100% responsible

To complete this already delicious menu, Halle Flachat is also committed to offering eco-friendly products, in season, through short supply chains, and to selecting responsible packaging and consumables to achieve the goal of “zero waste.” The long-term goal will also be to create jobs for the residents of Asnières, while providing a complete and pleasant living space. And for now, it's a successful bet!
