In 2011, Jerome moved to New York where, for two years, he sold Belgian waffles on the streets. Upon returning to Belgium, he decided to team up with his brother Philippe, a chef, to bring a little piece of that remarkable city back home. Together, they created Manhattn's Burgers to capture the New York spirit in their own way. After years of delighting our wonderful neighbors, they decided to open a spot in Paris in 2022, and a second in 2024. And let me tell you, if you, like us, have a weakness for gourmet burgers, it's definitely worth the trip!
The Burger Temple
As you can guess, the real star here is the burger, which comes in 10 different recipes, including a seasonal one. With flame-grilled Irish Angus beef, chicken, and even a veggie option with falafel, there's something for everyone. Each sandwich showcases the house sauces and fresh ingredients.
and a delicious brioche bread delivered every day. On our side, we couldn't resist the Rockefeller (aged cheddar, bacon, barbecue sauce, pure indulgence) and the Gotham (Savoy cheese, caramelized onions, and pepper sauce, the perfect mix of sweetness and strength). Because yes, here, each burger pays tribute to a neighborhood of the Big Apple or a reference from New York pop culture.

And homemade delights
To maximize the joy, we pair this with some mouthwatering sweet potato fries or some decadent fries (Belgian, of course) with truffle and parmesan, as well as a homemade drink : iced tea for the sweet tooths, yuzu lemon lemonade for the more adventurous.
