Introducing the Bouillon to a Parisian would be like explaining to a Breton that salted butter is better than unsalted butter: an outrage. But the good news is that the Pigalle institution still has some surprises up its sleeve. And one of them is the opening of a physical store for Bouillon Service, their delivery range, and click and collect. The concept? Products to enjoy at any time of the day, without breaking the bank.

The new must-visit bakery?
A big surprise awaits you at this new bakery, not too far from the main store. They are offering a wide selection of cold and hot sandwiches, perfect for a delicious lunch break. From the classic ham and butter on traditional bread (or try it on brioche bread with fresh cheese), to the tasty duck terrine, and the amazing veggie Montsalvy with sun-dried tomatoes and bear garlic pesto, to the flavorful tuna belly – there's something for everyone's taste buds. Best of all, these sandwiches are affordable, ranging between 4 and 6.50 euros (hot sandwiches go up to 8.50 euros). And that's not all – you can also enjoy baguettes, croissants, and pains au chocolat all day long for just 1 euro (a nod to Jean-François Copé). These delicious treats are freshly prepared every morning by their lovely team. Enjoy!

The Bouillon at home
In addition to this new offer, you will find all your favorite Bouillon classics available for takeout: from the famous eggs mayo and truffle macaroni to knife-cut sausage and leek ravioli. And who can resist the delicious desserts like chocolate mousse, rice pudding, and lemon meringue tart that tastes like a crumble? The best part is that everything is priced just like in the restaurant, making it affordable for everyone. But wait, there's more! They also offer drinks by the glass, a variety of savory snacks (including chips), and sweet treats like tarts, cakes, and ice cream to satisfy your cravings without emptying your wallet. Isn't that great news? Hopefully, it will also help to reduce the long lines at Bouillon Pigalle! Good luck, and fingers crossed for a successful launch!
