Eating well, plant-based, and for free in Paris? Yes, it’s possible! This weekend, Heura and SWAP are coming to The Theory to hand out free vegan burgers. What’s the idea? They want you to taste their unbelievably delicious new plant-based fillet, the “supreme” burger, without spending a dime. No need to be a dedicated vegan to enjoy it: it’s tasty, it’s filling, and it’s the kind of initiative we love to see in our streets.
Where is it, when is it, what’s it about?
Join us on Saturday, April 12, and Sunday, April 13, between 12 PM and 2 PM, at The Theory, a laid-back veggie restaurant located on Boulevard des Filles-du-Calvaire in the 3rd arrondissement. For two whole days, this restaurant is offering a totally free distribution of vegetable burgers. No need to reserve or like a page: just show up, ask, and take a bite.
Inside the bun, a brand new plant-based fillet, made from natural ingredients.it's a texture that's wonderfully juicy, with an ultra delicious taste, and 20 g of protein packed in. It’s bound to make classic burgers pale in comparison and even make the most convinced meat lovers think twice.
A next-generation burger
The fillet in question ticks all the nutrition boxes. It contains only 7 ingredients, boasts a Nutriscore A, and features a clean recipe without any weird additives or extended preservatives. It’s solid and made in France. In short, a burger that’s good for your stomach, your conscience, and a little for the planet too.
