What if we went to touch the stars for a lunch or dinner? With his new restaurant, Chef Thibaut Spiwack takes us to the heights of the Philharmonie de Paris, to indulge in delicious and responsible dishes.

Thibaut Spiwack is going to reach new heights, that's an understatement. The contestant from season 13 of Top Chef is once again preparing to leave his mark on the capital with his unique cuisine. And what better way to do it than in an absolutely unusual location? He is inviting everyone to L'Envol, on the roof of the Philharmonie de Paris (just like that).


A healthy and delicious menu

When will we be able to discover this new place? At the end of January! It's alongside chef Sarah Ledu that Thibaut Spiwack will dedicate himself to an ethical and local cuisine, with a special focus on vegetables.


Never two without three

Does his name ring a bell? That's perfectly normal. If you've seen him on Top Chef, Thibaut Spiwack is also the chef of two Parisian establishments. The first one, Anona, opened its doors in 2018 in the 17th arrondissement and is known as an eco-responsible gastronomic restaurant. The second one, Starving Club, is a place where you can enjoy delicious street food that is also responsible. The chef's mantra: "Doing good for the planet and your plate."
