TheFork Awards with Mastercard is back! The only food award 100% decided by the general public returns for a 6th delicious edition. The kick-off was given on Monday, June 16: together, let's vote to elect the Best New Restaurant in France 2025! More than 80 new restaurants, sponsored by equally many starred chefs, are in the running. It's the perfect opportunity to reveal the future stars and great chefs of tomorrow. And this year again, over 80 starred chefs – including Guy Savoy, Mory Sacko, Hélène Darroze, Georgiana Viou… – have come together to discover the talents of tomorrow. Their mission? To spot and support the most promising new restaurants in France, even before they are recognized by the major Guides. Acting as a true benchmark of transmission, this award shines a light on restaurants that have been open for less than two years, still unstarred, but already mentored by renowned chefs. Whether nestled in a quaint village or right in the heart of a bustling city, the restaurants nominated for TheFork Awards all share a wonderful story of passion and tradition. TheFork Awards thrives thanks to the great...d public, which decides the final rankings. Designed to bring together star chefs and the new generation, this award is based on a beautiful idea: experienced chefs discover the talents of tomorrow, but it’s YOU who crowns them. “We invite all food lovers to meet them throughout the summer, all around France. It’s a unique opportunity to experience a true culinary tour of France and discover, in preview, the future stars of tomorrow.” explains Damien Rodiére. After all, a chef cooks above all for their clients! And every year, thousands of food enthusiasts participate and sometimes reveal the future stars!
