After Daimant Saint-Honoré, a new veggie spot all dressed in red has just popped up in the culinary landscape of Paris. This time, head to Haut-Marais, right across from the Carreau du Temple, to discover Maslow Temple, the third veggie address by Mehdi Favri. Get your forks ready, it opens on April 22nd!

The veggie place is dressed in red

Building on its success, Maslow – delighting us with plant-based dishes for the past two years by the Seine – has opened a brand-new, truly grand space in the Temple neighborhood. In a classified building with a stunning glass roof, this Maslow 2.0 welcomes us over three levels with nearly 140 seats and 60 spots on the terrace to soak up the Parisian sun (if it decides to show up!). As for the decor, this place immerses us in a vibrant red universe that's as lively as it gets. Yes, the team has truly outdone themselves!

they saw things in a big way !

Local on the Plate

On the food side, chef Mehdi Favri promises us a completely new menu. The promise? A carbon footprint reduced by four compared to typical restaurants in the capital, featuring seasonal products sourced from farmers. ```locations situated around Paris. And on the plate, it looks like this: tempura of oyster mushrooms, okonomiyaki (traditional Japanese cabbage omelets), mushroom pithivier, or even potato churros. In short, it's enough to satisfy all our veggie cravings.

The good news? Maslow Temple officially opens its doors on April 22 – with a reservation link and all that jazz – but you can already pop in this week for their soft opening!
