After charming Parisians with its flan bar, the bakery Paris & Co keeps the momentum going by launching an exciting new concept: the cheesecake bar. Staying true to its artisanal expertise, the brand now offers a unique selection of creamy and refined cakes, available for tasting only on Sundays

A dozen flavors take center stage, blending timeless classics and original creations: vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, praline hazelnut, as well as coconut, mango-passion, matcha, and even crème brûlée. These recipes are crafted to delight all palates, from the most adventurous to the most discerning.

The Art of Cheesecake Reimagined by Paris & Co

If cheesecake has managed to conquer tables all around the world, here it finds a French interpretation that is delicate and precise. And for good reason—at the Paris & Co kitchens, each cake is prepared with the same attention to detail: a melting filling, a light texture, and a subtly crispy biscuit base.

What's the secret to this success? The resting time, an essential element for the quality of the recipe. Before being offered for sale, the cheesecakes rest overnight, allowing their flavors to balance and their texture to reach that famous lightness that makes them so addictive.

Served in individual portions, these little pastry gems charm us with their colorful aesthetics as well as their perfectly mastered flavors. For example, the matcha cheesecake delights with its delicate vegetal notes, the mango-passion one transports you to exotic tastes, while the crème brûlée version, slightly caramelized, could very well become the new favorite of dessert lovers.

Rarity as a Mark of Quality

Just like its flan bar, where the vanilla flan was crowned best flan in Île-de-France, Paris & Co embraces rarity to enhance enjoyment: the cheesecake bar only opens its doors on Sundays. This way, it becomes a genuine weekly gathering, a comforting pause to indulge in before diving back into the Parisian hustle and bustle.

Two locations now welcome enthusiasts.
