Often rewarded and recognized in the World’s 50 Best Bars, the Little Red Door is truly a haven for all Parisians searching for (really) good cocktails. And while this speakeasy-style bar continues to thrive under the guidance of the folks from Cambridge Public House, its founders have embarked on a brand new project that is sure to set all taste buds in the capital on alert.
The Temple of Mixology in Paris
Hiding behind a shy red door just a few steps from the Place de la République, the Little Red Door emphasizes quality, flavor, authenticity, sharing, and creativity. With its intimate setting and inventive menu, everything is in place for a truly wonderful time. Now a genuine temple of mixology in Paris, its founders, Alex Francis.and Barney O’Kane has handed over the keys to focus on a brand new spot: De Vie. More than just a cocktail bar, this exciting new project will also charm the food lovers of the capital with a well-thought-out dining experience.

A New Life for the Ex-Little Red Door
What’s on the agenda at De Vie? A cocktail bar, of course, featuring draft cocktails created by our dynamic Franco-Irish duo. But this time, the place goes beyond simple mixology – which, to be honest, is anything but simple – with a restaurant side run by the chef Adam Purcell, who has been through the (very good) kitchens of Frenchie. The chef plans to impress us with a seasonal tasting menu, thoughtfully paired with signature cocktails. And for those little cravings, we’ll find ourselves at the counter with a mini-snacking menu. Is your mouth watering yet? Then mark your calendars for February – after a refreshing Dry January – for the opening of this exciting new spot!
