The Editor

For the past few days, spring is back with us. And even though we would have loved for the temperatures to be a bit more pleasant, it fills us with joy because it means only one thing: the very soon return of our favorite culinary festival: Taste of Paris. The icing on the cake (which promises to be just as delicious as everything else) is that this year marks its 10th edition, and it’s clearly going to pull out all the stops for the occasion.

The Grand Palais transformed into a temple of gastronomy

For this anniversary edition, Taste of Paris celebrates once again the essence and richness of the French and Parisian culinary scene. The idea? To savor the prestigious world of palaces and Michelin-starred restaurants...

Restaurants étoilés, with gourmet dishes from renowned chefs, discover the young cooks shaking up the Paris food scene, meet their favorite chefs, or indulge in the delicious creations of pastry chefs! In short, for 4 days, we eat, we eat, and we eat some more with tastings, high-level masterclasses by France’s top star chefs, or at the market of local producers, enjoying everything that the world capital of gastronomy — yes, we’re not afraid to say it — has to offer.

A delicious anniversary edition

Organized like a true giant restaurant, the Grand Palais will welcome the trendiest chefs of the moment for two seatings, one at lunchtime and the other at dinner time. A whole bunch of more or less starred chefs (usually more than less) are expected, such as Thierry Marx, Ricardo Silva, and Simone Zanoni, as well as chefs from Top Chef by the dozens, like Stéphanie Le Quellec, Paul Pairet, Clotaire Poirier, Pierre Chomet, Thibaut Spiwack, or the duo Philippine Jaillet & Charles Neyers. And sweet tooths can rest assured, there will be something for them too :
