The most delicious festival in the capital is back! From May 11th to 14th, 2023, Taste of Paris will once again take over the stands of the Grand Palais Éphémère to introduce you to its tempting lineup. On your marks, get set? Taste.

Calling all food lovers, to the connoisseurs constantly on the lookout for the best feasts in the capital, to the gourmets with refined palates... As summer approaches, Taste of Paris is delighted to tantalize our taste buds for 4 days under the stunning roof of the Grand Palais Éphémère. It is one of our favorite events of the year and for good reason, as it promises to provide an explosive culinary experience alongside the masters of Parisian cuisine. The program includes creativity, sharing, and above all, plenty of indulgence. Over 60 chefs will be present at the Grand Palais Éphémère. For its 8th edition, Taste of Paris has gone all out. Nearly fifty exhibitors and more than sixty chefs will come together to introduce you to their products and dishes. Want some names?Julien Sebbag, Michel Roth, François Perret, Nina Metayer, Benoît Castel, Jade Genin... Enough to convince, right? And for the fans of the show Top Chef, many contestants are also participating! Merouan Bounekraf, Arnaud Baptiste, Mohamed Cheikh, Pierre Sang, and even some participants from season 14 like Bérangère Fagart and Alexandre Marchon.

The concept? To taste the prestigious world of palaces and starred restaurants, with gastronomic dishes from renowned chefs, but also to discover the young talents who are shaking up the Parisian food scene within ephemeral restaurants set up under the nave of the Grand Palais Éphémère. Here, everyone has their place!


Gastronomy-related activities

But that's not all! Impressive demonstrations at the Laurent-Perrier theater, cooking classes with chefs at the Atelier Rosières, masterclasses, zero-waste cooking workshops... For 4 days, Taste of Paris offers you the chance to participate in numerous activities to become a true chef! An exceptional market awaits you as well, to make you discover the best producers and artisans from all over France.

Because good cooking is not just about technique, it's primarily about good products! And chefs know that very well.

In terms of price, expect to pay €24 for a simple access to the festival from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm or from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm (DJ set starts at 10:30 pm). If you want to taste the creations of the showcased chefs, prices range from €6 to €12 per dish or €60 for your ticket + 3 dishes. For aAccess to the VIP lounge, with exclusive dishes, view of the Eiffel Tower and champagne bar, you'll need to budget at least 80€ for a single ticket.
