In life, there are two things we particularly love: rooftops with a stunning view — to please our eyes — and bottomless brunches — to satisfy our stomachs. So, of course, when we find a place that perfectly combines both, we just can't help but shout it to the world.

It's finally here, with the beautiful days making their long-awaited appearance, the season of open-air events, terraces, and rooftops is officially launched, and nothing could make us happier. For this 2026 edition, we joyfully rediscover the spots that made our hearts race last year. Especially since some are holding delightful surprises for us. Japanese specialties to enjoy as much as you want

After experiencing great success in London, the restaurant Aqua Kyoto opened its doors in Paris last spring, bringing the residents of the French capital an opportunity to savor refined cuisine centered around the best...restaurant-japonais-paris/">famous Japanese specialties. On the menu, a modern and refreshing selection, designed to take our taste buds on a trip to the Land of the Rising Sun in just a few bites. And this year’s big news is that these gems are now available in a brunch format. The menu features a buffet to your heart's content with sashimi, delicious maki, and other Crystal Sushi (a special creation from the house), all prepared right in front of you, plus salads crafted by the chef. We couple it all with a savory dish of your choice (always with Japanese flavors: teriyaki flank steak, katsu salmon, or green tea soba). And to wrap things up, an dessert plate to share. Well, for the modest sum of €85, we agree, but once in a while, to treat yourself really well, it can be worth it.
