Like every year, the Prix Versailles, which honors the most beautiful architectural creations, revealed its list of the most stunning restaurants in the world at the beginning of December. These places stand out for their exceptional architecture and meticulous decor. And at the very top of the ranking, there's a Parisian gem!

Throughout the year, culinary awards are popping up everywhere, and one thing's for sure, the French capital reaffirms its status when it comes to gastronomy. After the award for the best pastry chef in the world and the title of best pizza on the planet, it’s now the title of most beautiful restaurant that has just been awarded to a Parisian establishment. So, where can you find this gem? We’ll tell you all about it.


A little jewel signed by Ducasse

In tribute to the name of the place, Ducasse Baccarat, the crystal of the same name makes its appearance here and there, with delicacy and lightness, engaging in a dialogue with rougher materials. Furniture and works of art imagined by the greatest French artists and artisans complete this exceptional decor, which further enhances the gastronomic experience offered by the chef in this extraordinary setting.


Two rooms, two atmospheres

If we warmly congratulate the restaurant for this wonderful achievement, we also want to point out that another Parisian establishment, while not reaching the same heights, has also been awarded the Prix Versailles, in interior design.

grants the final selection of the most beautiful restaurants in the world. It's the address Ladurée rue Royale, a true temple of macarons and refinement. 

Here again, there's no doubt, the decor takes your breath away. Each of the lounges transports us straight back to the time of Marie-Antoinette. Since 1862, this tea room has traversed the ages, and today it offers us a breathtaking decor, recently renovated by the creator Cordelia de Castellane. A jewel of delicacy, poetry, and delight, far removed from the hustle and bustle of Paris.
