Throughout the year, culinary awards keep popping up, and one thing's for sure, the French capital reaffirms its status when it comes to gastronomy. After the award for the best pastry chef in the world and the best pizza on the planet, the title of most beautiful restaurant has just been awarded to a Parisian establishment. In homage to the name of the place, Ducasse Baccarat, the crystal of the same name appears here and there, with delicacy and lightness, engaging in a dialogue with rougher materials. Furniture and artworks imagined by the greatest French artists and artisans complete this exceptional decor, which further enhances the gastronomic experience offered by the chef in this exceptional setting.


Two rooms, two atmospheres

While we warmly congratulate the restaurant for this wonderful achievement, we also want to mention that another Parisian establishment, although not reaching the same heights, has also been awarded the Prix Versailles, in the interior design category.

Once again, there’s no doubt, the decor is absolutely breathtaking. Each of the salons takes us straight back to the time of Marie Antoinette. Since 1862, this tea salon has stood the test of time, offering us today a stunning decor, recently renovated by the creator Cordelia de Castellane. A setting of delicacy, poetry, and deliciousness, a far cry from the hustle and bustle of Paris.
