The reputation of the pastries from Pierre Hermé is already legendary. Drool-Worthy Recipes
On the menu of this brand new pop-up, located within the Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet, are already beloved recipes, like the Ispahan croissant and the chocolate and pistachio bread—which we were lucky enough to try at the pastry chef's brunch and still dream about—along with the Mogador chocolate bread (enhanced with passion fruit) and the infinitely buttery Kouign Amann. There are also some exclusive creations made especially for the occasion: the Montebello croissant, which combines the sweet bitterness of pistachio with the sweet acidity of raspberry, or the incredibly vanilla palmier, showcasing the richness of vanillas from Madagascar, Tahiti, and Mexico. To savor these delights, you can expect to pay...between €2.70 and €4 per piece. And we've already made our choice !
