First offered in his London shops, Philippe Conticini has opened a croissant rolls bar in the 16th arrondissement at the beginning of this year. Here, pastries are available in 4 different flavors: pistachio pastry cream with pistachio praline topping and caramelized crushed pistachios, vanilla pastry cream with salted butter caramel topping and pecans, rose praline pastry cream with pink praline topping (this one caught our eye), and finally, the Croissant Roll filled with spreadable dough, sprinkled with almonds and hazelnuts. A delicious break for everyone's taste with a bonus mega digestion!
