For those who might have missed the memo, Écotable is THE label that rates restaurants based on their environmental impact. Local sourcing, waste reduction, plant-based alternatives, waste management… Each establishment goes through a thorough evaluation and is awarded between one to three "écotables". It's a bit like Michelin stars, but for the planet! The label currently lists over 400 addresses in France, and the annual awards honor the most exemplary restaurants in various categories.

The 2026 Winners
Among the big winners of this edition, several establishments from the Île-de-France region stood out. In Montreuil, Le Pois Gourmands snagged the organic restaurant trophy, while the Cantine de Terroirs d’Avenir was honored in the neighborhood canteen category. On the artisan side, the bakery Farine, located in Prè-Saint-Gervais, was also celebrated for its exemplary commitment.
