A few days ago, we joyfully learned that the next season of Top Chef, aka one of our all-time favorite shows ever!, will be available starting Wednesday, March 4, which is tomorrow or almost. This news has sparked our curiosity, which was already quite high since the channel has announced all the surprises that this new season has in store for us, starting with the disappearance of the brigades. Especially since M6 has also revealed the faces of the candidates, and good news, 5 of them work in the capital. So, where shall we go to taste their cooking?
Wonders from the heart of Paris
Well, first of all, we should clarify that we slightly exaggerated, because while 4 of the candidates we're excited to tell you about do indeed work in the capital, the last one isn't in Paris but in Montreuil. Well, let's be honest, once it's accessible by metro, we can call it a Parisian address, right? Anyway, we're heading there for the presentations.

And we’re kicking things off with Aboubakar Bamba, the resident chef who we created a stunning portrait of in our paper issue from February 2024 (see, at Bonbon, we have a knack for sniffing out tomorrow's gems!). He will be joined by Matteo Pioppi, the sous-chef of the 2-star restaurant Blanc (16th), Victor Kuntz, head chef at IDA, Denny Imbroisi’s restaurant, and Nicolas Parage, head chef of Prevelle, recently crowned best opening of 2025. Lastly, from Montreuil, it’s Dylan Bury, chef at Maison Rostang, who will do his best to dazzle us on screen.
Who will take the crown ?
To succeed Quentin most Michelin-starred female chef in the world, and Le Clos des Sens, which also has 3 stars and uses meat only as a condiment to enhance the vegetables. But who among Viviana Pisacane, Théo Chassé, Antoine Garcia, Léa Vautier Lecointre, or one of the 12 other candidates will secure their spot in the finale? The suspense is unbearable!
