Il Carpaccio, elegance and deliciousness
Located at the Royal Monceau-Raffles in the 8th arrondissement, the restaurant is led by chefs Alessandra Del Favero and Oliver Piras. She is from Belluno, he is from Cagliari, and they have been working hand in hand for 11 years.

À la carte, "des combinaisons qui, parfois, et sans exagération, peuvent aisément être qualifiées de brillantes", révèle le Top 50 Italy. Une quête de qualité qui a valu au restaurant l'obtention d'une première étoile Michelin au printemps 2022.

En obtenant le titre de meilleur restaurant italien du monde pour 2024, Il Carpaccio n'a fait que continuer sa progression dans ce célèbre classement. En 2023, il avait atteint la 3e place et en 2022, il s'était frayé un chemin dans le top 20 en étant classé 17e.
