We absolutely adore panettone, this incredibly soft and delicious cake with its candied fruits, straight from Italy. There's no doubt about it, this tasty and fragrant brioche makes our heads spin. From Lombardy to Piedmont, passing through Milan, we greedily gobble it up during the entire holiday season, without any guilt.

So, yes, the holidays are still far away from us... but good news has reached our ears! Christophe Louie, an exceptional baker and pastry chef, is opening his very first Parisian boutique 100% dedicated to panettone. And after all, there's no reason to wait for the Christmas holidays to treat yourself.
Natural sourdough and candied fruits
Having worked in top establishments like Le Meurice and Dalloyau, since 2018, Christophe Louie has been devoting himself to natural sourdough, which he uses for his wonderful panettone recipe. With almonds from Puglia, candied oranges from Calabria, local honey, chocolate, or Charentes-Poitou AOP butter... Each of his recipes is indulgent and incredibly nostalgic.
