On the menu: green harissa or pomegranate harissa, shawarma paste, lemon and spice seasoning, or even tomato sauce with roasted eggplant… 150 products sold between €12 and €15 that will surely turn you into a pro of Levantine cuisine.
A popularity that shows no signs of fading
This news should delight the chef's fans, who often struggle to find spices and condiments that are hard to find in France, as well as all food enthusiasts who are continually on the lookout for new flavors. And with this new corner, Ottolenghi is further establishing his growing fame.

Acte 2 : je viens de réaliser qu'à chaque fois que je cherche 1 recette, pas forcément du proche orient, je tape "recette random ottolenghi" (raïta, par ex)
