Here’s a revival we didn’t see coming! In January 2025, the restaurant Under the Sea, the first of the Ephemera group, announced it would close its doors after three wonderful years of offering guests delicious meals right in the heart of the ocean depths. But apparently, the underwater world wasn’t done with us yet! With a whole new version and a new address, the immersive restaurant Under the Sea will open its doors again in the 15th on September 30, 2025. Get your masks, snorkels, and fins ready… The dive promises to be extraordinary!

A Total Immersion in the Underwater World
Head over to Ernest Renan Street in the 15th arrondissement to enjoy this version 3.0 of Under the Sea. The vibe here is just as delightful as the previous spot in the 13th : when you step through the doors of the establishment, you leave the capital behind to indulge in a unique moment beneath the blue surface of the ocean. Here, forget about rushing tourists or crowded metros… You’ll be surrounded only by corals, colorful aquatic plants, and charming little fish.

100% Homemade Dishes
What’s on the plate? Well, it’s always just as delicious! The dishes are seasonal and 100% homemade. Fish is naturally a star here with Mediterranean tarama or salmon tartare for starters, and then there’s the sea burger, lobster pasta, or fish en croûte for main courses. Vegetarians are not left out, with plenty of options available that are meat and fish free. And if you’re curious about an immersive experience but aren’t too into an aquatic vibe, you can also enjoy a meal in space, in the middle of the jungle, or in an enchanted forest !
