5 Parisian tables among the best in France
There are indeed people on this earth whom we trust quite a bit.
for restaurant recommendations, it’s the inspectors of the Michelin Guide. And this month, they’ve again put the French capital in the spotlight as 5 of the 30 new entries in the Michelin Guide France this January are from Paris. Between tradition and modernity, between France and Italy, this month, they give us a delightful selection that will satisfy all palates. But one thing’s for sure, this month, bistros are all the rage!Voir cette publication sur Instagram
We start with two addresses that delight us in the 8th: Clos d’Astorg, a bistro that proudly serves perfectly mastered classics, and Monsieur Dior by Yannick Alléno, where high fashion and gourmet cuisine come together in perfect harmony. Next, we move to the 9th with Felini, which takes us on a little tour of Italy. With a sixties decor and beautifully crafted dishes, we absolutely adore it. Then we zip off to the 11th to discover Épopée, where Thomas Legrand and Megumi Terao give Yurika Kitano free rein. The chef offers us fresh, seasonal cuisine made with quality ingredients and vibrant seasonings. Finally, we head to the 17th to settle down at À L’Improviste, where Jean-Marc Notelet pays a lovely tribute to bistro cuisine.
